Message Hi there,

I noticed a UFO in the shape of saucer last night around 9-9.30pm over Watford.

I've taken a video, but the quality isn't great.

The object passed by and crossed a plane coming towards it, but was at low altitude and did not make any noise which was a surprise.

It also had 3 green, red and white flashing lights.
