Bob Schindler and his friend Chris, leaders of SPI (Southern Paranormal Investigations), were asked by the owner of a book shop in Havant, Hampshire, to conduct a vigil there on 10/12/09, after witnesses had reported experiencing strange phenomena inside, including seeing a phantom and hearing the sound of footsteps on the stairs.
It's an old-ish building, probably dating back to around the 1940's, and was more recently used as a camera shop before it's present function.
The team run night vision video cameras, but nothing unusual turned out on them, yet one still photo did turn up something that is possibly interesting.
See the dark figure on the righthand picture?, well, neither Bob or Chris is sure what this could be...it wasn't Chris, he says he was in the other room when Bob took these, and it was only these two who were present in the building late at night; or maybe there was an univited guest there as well...of the supernatural kind!
The team are going back again soon to see what else they can come up with in the way of evidence.
