This is the phenomenon of what I would term 'Unknown Energy Forms'...often excused away as 'party lanterns' by those who want to, or whose vested interest it is to, simply pigeonhole this mystery.
The objects behave in an intelligent fashion, and have also been acknowledged by the MoD in a little known Executive Summary.
"That Unidentified Arial Phenomenon (UAP or UFO) Exist is indisputable. Credited with the ability to hover, land, take off, accelerate to astonishing velocities and vanish. They can reportedly alter their direction of flight suddenly and clearly can exhibit acrodynamic characteristics well beyond those of any known aircraft or missle - either manned or unmanned.

Recently we interviewed the witness to the above footage, who wants to be known simply as John', and along with his detailed testimony, he has kindly granted BEAMS permission to show this footage. This witness works shifts and described to us how he awoke at 3.30am on Wednesday morning (5th August) and got out of bed. Glancing out of his bedroom window he saw a bright light in the sky, much like a star he commented, except slightly larger (not literally !) but in appearance and also considerably brighter. He then noticed a much smaller blue light either side and initialy thought it must be an aeroplane, but then it slowly appeared to 'swing' - like a pendulum - not dramaticaly but enough to look very strange. The blue lights seemed to go in and out of view, eventually disappearing altogether but the bright white light remained clear and more or less remained fixed in the same position from then on.
John says "The first clip (1 as shown here) is the best one for observing the object rotating first one way, then the other - you do need to watch closely !
The 2nd clip is useful in that it very briefly shows a streetlight in the clip - you'll need to freeze frame it as, it's only in view for a moment. I tried to pan to the light to get an idea of perspective but because the camera was on maximum telephoto it was hard to 'find' things in the viewfinder, so once I got focussed back on the object I just tried to keep the camera on it.
The 3rd clip is the longest and the object looks brightest in this, though I think it actually looks clearer (in focus) if a bit more faint in the first clip. Although it did (particularly when I first saw it), move round a bit, once I got the camera on it, it seemed to stay more or less in the same position. Most of the movement you'll see isn't the object darting around the sky but my camera shake etc which was obviously magnified by using telephoto (I think it was x 24).
Regards,
John"
If you watch this footage on full screen you can see the energies spinning inside the extraordinary object...
