Message: My
father called me in a state of bewilderment and explained
that he had called the
police with regards to a strange
star shaped object which he had seen from his
bedroom
window facing to the north of Thatcham. He had got up to go to the
bathroom at 2.00am and noticed this object on his return.
He had no camera and
so I tried to have him describe the
'thing' to me and maybe I could make a
sketch. Star shaped
and very bright red and yellow in colour. As he was watching
it, it slowly disappeared down to the left and behind the
trees. Dad called the
non-emergency police number the
following morning and as yet no other reports
have been
made. He was sober and at 76yrs has all his marbles and so I can
guarantee that he saw something which has caused him
concern. I have suggested
that if they are thinking of
taking him they have to come and fetch me and my
dog too!
I am interested to see if anyone else in this area saw anything that
morning.
