Witness Statement: they looked like stars in the sky, and then I realised that each ’star’ was made up of multiple lights, it looked almost like a reflection type situation of looking through glass, so I went outside and the ’stars’ were multiple lights, dozens of them, no sound or movement, not very exciting I’m afraid but I wondered if anyone else saw them?
