Sometime around midnight on the 11th, one of my customers (I am a Publican) who is an engineer came in from the terrace and asked me to come outside, which I did in company with four other customers.
We saw two lines of bright orange lights moving slowly from south to north. They had exactly the same distance between them horizontally and vertically, the symmetry was perfect.
A row of four then another row of four above them and a single light, centrally above the two formations. They did not look or behave like aircraft and there was no noise.
As we watched, one by one the lights were extinguished until only the central one at the top remained, after about 20 seconds that light went out as well. The whole "experience" lasted 3 to 4 minutes.
