Driving along the Hurst Road in Molesey I glanced up to see four lights. At first I dismissed these as fireworks, then I looked again and realised they had not faded and were moving in an unexplainable way. I pulled to the side of the room and go out of my car. The lights were in a square shape to begin with, however they were moving and the two lower lights moved together and faded. The two higher and brighter lights moved parallel to each other from north to south - moving from the river Thames towards the residential area in the direction of Esher.
I attempted to capture this on the mobile phone however the quality was too poor to see anything. As I was watching two other cars pulled over to look, another man also got out of his car and said to his passenger 'What the f*** was that?'. As they drove off I got back into my car and drove in the general direction the lights were moving, however I lost sight of them as I went down the residential roads ! and my view was blocked by trees. I continued for a further ten minutes, with no luck and returned home to collect my digital camera which would have been able to capture anything more effectively.
I then went to Box Hill (Leatherhead) a half an hour drve- in an attempt to get to a high point to continue looking. After a further hour with no sighting I returned home to immediately report this sighting through a web search in Google.
