Weather-wise, blue sky and a couple of wispy clouds.

While watching gliders coming in from the North East(approx) and
turning at Abingdon and retracing their flight path (guessing they may
have come from Bicester glider centre and had some type of event on,
due to the numbers of planes 20+) I saw and pointed out to my wife, 2
brightly glowing pink objects, roughly parallel to each other travelling from
a West-ish to East-ish direction (no sound, no vapour trails).

They appeared to travel faster than the gliders but not as fast as airliners
(none in sight at the time which would have been useful for comparisons)

My impression was they were flying higher than the gliders but not airliners
- guessing 15 - 20,000 feet.

The speed, direction and luminosity (not a reflection from the sun)
appeared constant, through the approximate 30 seconds in which we saw
them (approaching, adjacent and away from us eventually fading into the
distance)

I would be surprised if some of the glider pilots hadn't spot them - pretty
much the same flight path but a more Easterly and higher in altitude.
