Just witnessed a group of lights in a row of around 4 all moving in the same direction.

At first I thought they were all planes heading in the same direction, but after a few minutes the lights would flash on and off and they all moved at the same time, sometime slow for a few seconds, then fast.

Unfortunately my Samsung s3 camera wasn't good enough to capture the video.

I'll be buying a camcorder next.
