All seen after dark so
unknown sizes.
Message: As I
went
to the back door of our family home I
noticed an
orange light in the sky, first I thought it was a
firework, but as it
got brighter I continued to look at it
wondering what it
was. Now I have to
mention that I do live quite close to
Manchester airport, in fact that's where I
work ! But I've
never seen any
aircraft use that flight path EVER before !
Anyway as the
light got closer, I noticed a 2nd light of
same brightness
on the
flightpath, thinking I need to show
this to someone else I ran through the house
to the front
door and said to my mum
& dad "Quick come & look at
this!!!" At that point
I opened the front door and pointed
to the light. All
three of us didn't know what to make of
them. But within 15 seconds the first
orange light had
started to climb (I
think) as the light faded through the
clouds, so my
attention turned to the second light, but
then I noticed a
third
orange light same as the first and
second on the same flight path. But then the
second light
started to fade and
then the third followed seconds later. With me
thinking to
myself, have I just seen what I think I think
I've just
seen
???!!!
But just to clarify Weather:
cold cloudy misty/foggy
Time:
1700-1715. Total # of
objects 2-3
all the same colour (glowing bright orange)
and all
flying silently !!!
