After
watching the
spectacular
fireworks on the telly, me and my
partner went outside to
see if
there were any more going
on
outside. From our house we can see towards
Sheffield
and Rotherham and Doncaster. I was watching two lights in
the sky,
thinking they were planes, when Marie, turned to
me and
asked what that was, on
turning I saw a third, brighter
light. All three lights were a bright redish
orange
colour. There were no
blinking marker lights, just glows. We both watched
the
three objects as they moved slowly around the sky. Two
of
the glows seemed
to be traveling from the Doncaster
area, towards Barnsley, in a zig zag motion,
with the
third moving very slowly
towards Chapeltown, parrallel to us.
After
about five
minutes of watching the objects, one started to
fade
before becoming
unable to view any more. Both myself
and my partner saw this happen, then
watched the other two
slowly fade,
until we couldnt see them anymore. We both
agreed
that they were moving too slowly, and irratically
to be
planes, with the
absence of noise as well, we
thought we should tell of our sightings, and wonder
if
anyone else saw these lights. (
