Message: I live in Yateley in Hampshire very close to Blackbushe airfield/Farnborough airport and on the approach path to Heathrow: Being very interested in aircraft I notice the light arrangments and specific noises they make.
Tonight at 9-15 pm, I saw 3 separate orange glowing lights heading south, at a speed similar to an aircraft on approach, but there was no sound at all and no other lights flashing or otherwise.
The lights were spaced at an arc of approx 30 degrees although not equally spaced, the gap between 1 and 2 was larger than that of 2 and 3.
They were visible to me for only a few minutes then they disappeared as if flying into cloud.
