Summary: Was driving my taxi and noticed lights in the distance. stopped the car and got out and videotaped on my phone; there were random lights multicoulored, seemingly going around an object and it made no noise.
Detailed witness description: Was driving down the road in my taxi going west and spotted an object in night sky hovering approximately 1000 feet or so in the air.
It made no sound and while I was filming it with my camera the lights seemed to go around an object. I couldn't stay and see if it left because I was driving a taxi at the time and left the area.
I did check the next day too see if there were any radio towers in the area and saw none.
