Standing in back garden enjoying last of the sun and I noticed what I
thought was a helium balloon, bright white/silver shining in the sun,
but it was too high and travelling in the opposite direction to the wind.

It stopped over Whiston area. I called my husband out to see and then
more appeared, we both saw about 6 of these objects, some moving and
some stationary. The kids also saw them. We grabbed the binoculars and
telescope, each of the objects were slightly different. All appearing to be
illuminating the colour spectrum. One was slanted cigar shaped with black
on the top, the others appeared to be spinning shapes of some sort. Very
high altitude and difficult to follow as they moved sometimes.

I tried to capture them with my phone but you cannot see them at all in the
video. I actually saw these exact same things when the 3 queen ships were
in Liverpool a couple of years ago. They hung around for a significant
amount of time and moved off toward Speke direction. Another one
appeared some time later before dark.
They were brighter than stars, moved unlike anything you've seen.

Made no sound that we could hear. The sky was busy with planes and
these things seemed to move out of the way of planes.
I'm standing here the morning after and they are still around.

I have seen 3 so far from 10am. Further away today and in the directions
of the river Mersey. I've took many pictures but cannot seem to see them.

So frustrating! I hope some other reports come in!
