01-01-2016: Ghost Girl? Captured in Lyme Park, Disley, UK

Hello.
In January 2016 my nephew was taking photographs in an ice storm to get effects using a camera flash. The photo clearly shows a girl in the picture in like a white frilly sleeved dress which is not dress for icey weather.
He seems genuinely serious that it is not a manipulated photograph.
The photograph was taken in Lyme Park, Disley, UK.
I can say that psychic phenomona does occur to a fair few folk in the family including myself.
Incidentally, just recently I was watching a YouTube video about ghosts and someone from Macclesfield, (which is in the general vicinity of Lyme Park) commented that his mother, when she was a child, was in a car after midnight in Macclesfield with her parents and they all saw a young girl with a white dress on sat on a wall that looked around eight years old.
They turned a corner to go back to see if the child needed any help because of the hour seemed odd for a child to be out. Anyway, that took them mere seconds to do but the girl had gone.
I wonder if this picture is perhaps a ghost that lingers around that particular vicinity and I actually sent him the picture to show his mother but I have not heard back from him as of yet.
I have actually not asked my nephew for his permission to send this to anyone so
I can't give his name here.
If this is genuine, I consider it to be too good a picture NOT to share.
