Mystery White Object Snapped Hovering Over Livingston, Scotland, UK

Witness statement:
"These photos were taken in the driveway of my home in Livingston, Scotland.
I saw a bright glow above the roof of the adjacent house which got brighter/duller as I watched
This was clear from approx dusk but disappeared around 22:05.
The object on the right is simply a plane from Edinburgh airport which took off approx.
30 mins before photos.

The coordinates were taken from the compass on my iPhone
I recall that the same thing happened last year, but I ignored it thinking it was a plane.
The difference is this year it did not move for at least 3-4 hrs.

BEAMS evaluation:
The images are undoubtedly real; the mystery light is not a reflection... or the ISS.
As this light did not move until after 3-4 hours, suggests to us that here we are probably not dealing with a known celestial body either:
Verdict: Unidentified.
