My wife and daughter were returning home last night around 10pm 
when they spotted large object falling to earth. 

It was a large shiny metallic object travelling at speed across the sky 
from Southwest to West with flames appearing at the front during the 
last part of the decent. 

Could this have been a satellite entering earths atmosphere and 
burning up? 

Did anyone else spot this object?
