Witness Statement: i was standing out in my back garden when triangular lights hovered apporx 4 to 500 ft above the house moving slowly with a humming sound then changed shape to a long cylinder, then the lights changed to 1 green light at the front and 2 red lights at the back. then moved slowly to the south of oxford.
